RESIDENTS can get a rare up-close look at the Western Treatment Plant next month.
Melbourne Water will offer a free tour of the plant and surrounding wetlands on Sunday, February 2 in celebration of International World Wetlands Day.
The tour will show the unique relationship between Melbourne’s sewerage and one of the most popular bird watching sites in Australia.
