Point Cook back on track

After back to back losses in rounds four and five, Point Cook recorded a solid 2-0 win over Western Eagles on Saturday evening in the Men’s State League 3 North-West competition.

The win puts their season back on track to how it started, where they picked up two wins and a draw in the opening three matches of the season.

Point Cook now sit in fourth position on the ladder in a league of 12 teams.

They will face sixth placed Altona North next round in what will be an important match for them to gather some points playing at home.
