Chris Mitrevski was the stand-out performer for expansion club Wyndham on the opening day of the Athletics Victoria Shield season.
Mitrevski came first in the boys’ 100-metre sprint (11.06) and the boys’ long jump (6.90).
Western Athletics dominated the boys’ discus, with Declan Best (40.36), Matthew Chamley (36.87) and Lyndon Best (36.72) filling the podium.
