The finals-bound Redbacks rolled Winchelsea for just 147 on the back of three wickets apiece to Daniel Burrows and Gary Bartlett.
In reply, the Redbacks were 2-39 at stumps, with Jye Kenna (15) and Burrows (4) not out.
