Werribee actress Zenya Carmellotti is starring in magical comedy PUFFS, at the Alex Theatre in St Kilda.
The show is subtitled Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic.
Carmellotti, 21, described her character Sally-Anne Perks as bubbly and outgoing.
“She’s a fun little character who loves magic, she loves being magic and is an adorable character,” she said.
Carmellotti, has previously performed in other theatrical shows including BARE, The Color Purple and Dreamgirls and said she would like to pursue a career as a full-time performer.
PUFFS is on 7.30pm Tuesdays to Saturdays and 5.30pm Sundays. Child-friendly matinees are on Saturdays at 2pm and Sundays 1pm, until July 8 (evening shows are recommended for viewers aged 15+).
