Man arrested after stand-off with police in Wyndham Vale

UPDATE

A 28-year-old Truganina man has been charged following a series of incidents in Wyndham Vale yesterday morning.

Charges include: aggravated burglary with firearm, use firearm to resist arrest, prohibited person use a firearm, assault police, possession of an unregistered handgun, possessing a commercial quantity of cannabis, committing an indictable offence whilst on bail, and trespassing a private place.
He faced Melbourne Magistrate’s Court earlier today and was remanded in custody to appear at a later date.
