A man has been charged by police following a fatal collision in Wyndham Vale earlier this year.
It is alleged a Mitsubishi SUV was being driven along Armstrong Road when it collided with a cyclist at the intersection of Black Forest Road about 11.50pm on January 24.
The rider, a 43-year-old Wyndham Vale man, was died at the scene.
The driver stopped at the scene and was interviewed by police.
The 20-year-old Wyndham Vale man has been charged with culpable driving causing death.
He was bailed to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, September 16.
