Wyndham forums to explore important topics

The Committee for Wyndham (C4W) will facilitate a series of forums in March and April focused on topics that have been identified as key to the area’s growth and future prosperity.

The Think Ahead! Wyndham forums are aiming to connect attendees to the people who make important decisions on behalf of the Wyndham community.

The forums will have keynote speakers who are experts in their fields and will share their state, national and global knowledge.

The forums will also be supported by a panel of Wyndham community members.

The forum topics include skills, digital transformation, environment/clean energy, health, our multicultural community, tourism and hospitality and community driven leadership.

The forum dates and details include:

March 3 – Think Ahead! Wyndham forum, Skills, 2pm to 4pm. Keynote speaker Craig Robertson, Victorian Skills Authority chief executive.

March 10 – Think Ahead! Wyndham forum, Digital Transformation, 9.30am to 11.30am

March 22 – Think Ahead! Wyndham forum, Environment, time to be confirmed. Keynote speaker Terry A’Hearn, Scottish Environment Protection Authority chief executive.

March 29 – Think Ahead! Wyndham forum, Health, 9.30am to 11.30am. Keynote speaker Dr Rob Grenfell, Health and Biosecurity CSIRO director.

April 5 – Think Ahead! Wyndham forum, Our multicultural community, 9.30am to 11.30am. Keynote speaker Bwe Thay, Victorian Multicultural Commission deputy chairperson.

21 April – Think Ahead! Wyndham forum, Tourism & Hospitality, 9.30am to 11.30am.

28 April – Think Ahead! Wyndham forum, Community driven leadership, 9.30am to 11.30am. Keynote speaker Martin Probst, PROfound Leadership.
