Witness appeal after Tarneit accident

Police have appealed for witnesses following a two-car collision in Tarneit yesterday morning.

Investigators have been told the collision between a red Honda Civic and a grey Kluger occurred at the Tarneit and Sayers road intersection about 8.30am.

A 24-year-old Truganina woman, who was driving the Civic, along with two children aged two years and five months, were all taken to hospital.

The woman remains in hospital with serious injuries.

The driver of the Kluger, a 31-year Tarneit woman, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
