A Werribee house fire deemed suspicious by emergency services will be investigated by police.
Fire Rescue Victoria responded to a call in Jay Court on Tuesday, March 29, crews arrived to find a single-storey brick veneer house fully ablaze.
Firefighters used forced entry to gain access to the house, confirming no one was inside during the fire.
Firefighters from the FRV and CFA assisted in fighting the blaze and the fire was deemed under control about 8pm, 28 minutes after the first firefighting crew arrived on scene.
