A Werribee boy has been charged with murder following the death of a 16-year-old boy in Reservoir last month.
The 17-year-old is set to face a children’s court today (April 7).
The arrest follows an incident that occurred on Sunday, March 13 in Reservoir where 16-year-old Declan Cutler was fatally assaulted and stabbed.
Six teens, including two from Wyndham, were all charged with murder last month.
The investigation into the incident remains ongoing and police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or has other information and is yet to speak to police to come forward.
