V/Line commuters in Wyndham will be hit with travel disruptions this month due to works on West Tarneit Station.
On Saturday 10 January, no services will run from Wyndham Vale or Tarneit stations with coaches replacing trains between Southern Cross and Waurn Ponds.
From 11 to 23 January, Geelong Line trains will run between Waurn Ponds and Wyndham Vale only.
Alternative services will be in place between Wyndham Vale and Southern Cross.
Those travelling from Waurn Ponds, Marshall, South Geelong, Geelong, North Geelong, North Shore, Corio, Lara, Little River and Wyndham Vale stations can take a train to Wyndham Vale, then a bus from Wyndham Vale to Werribee, then a Metro train to and from the city.
A bus stopping at all stations between Wyndham Vale, Tarneit, Deer Park and Sunshine will run during the duration, allowing commuters to access the city via Metro from Sunshine.
Tarneit commuters can alternatively take a bus to Laverton, then a Metro train to and from the city.
