Two 13-year-olds arrested after alleged shopping centre assault

Two 13-year-old boys were have been arrested, after an alleged assault at the Pacific Werribee shopping centre on Sunday.

Police are investigating reports of an alleged shop theft and assault at the shopping centre, which occurred around 3pm.

Police said they believed two adult victims were assaulted after a “verbal altercation” escalated at the centre

PSOs arrested two 13-year-old boys at the scene, and they are expected to be charged on summons with theft and assault.

No one was physically injured in the incident.
