Truganina P-9 College celebrates first 100 days

Truganina P-9 College pupils Lara, Ajok, Victor, Sanchita and Jessey (pictured) were front of class last Friday to mark 100 days since the school opened.

The school celebrated the milestone throughout the day, with pupils taking part in myriad 100-theme activities during classes. Teacher Kirstin Sawyer said there was also a special friends and family afternoon, with the community invited to join in celebrations.

The school administration hopes to install new play equipment bought from the proceeds of a chocolate drive, while construction is soon to start on a secondary school building.
