Trains are resuming on the Geelong Line between Lara and Wyndham Vale, following earlier vandalism.
Transport Victoria thanks passengers for their patience while crews worked to repair damage.
Due to ongoing planned works, V/Line trains will not operate between Wyndham Vale and Southern Cross until Friday 23 January with: buses between Wyndham Vale and Werribee to connect with trains on the Werribee Line; buses between Tarneit and Laverton to connect with trains on the Werribee Line and stopping all stations buses between Wyndham Vale, Tarneit, Deer Park and Sunshine.
Warrnambool Line trains will continue to operate between Warrnambool and Waurn Ponds.
