Thief steals $150,000 worth of jewellery and cash

Police are appealing for public assistance to identify a thief who stole $150,000 worth of cash and jewelry from a Tarneit home in January.

It’s alleged the man climbed to the top of a property located in St Margarets Court at about 3am January 2 and gained access by removing roof tiles.

Inside the property, the man stole cash and jewellery before driving away in a white Volkswagen Caddy, police said,.

Police have released CCTV and images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
