Police will prepare a report for the Coroner following a fatal motorbike crash at Illawarra on the weekend, in which a Tarneit teenager sadly died.
It is understood the Tarneit resident, 18, was riding a dirt-bike on Rutters Track, south of Commercial Road, when she crashed into a tree about 4pm on Sunday, October 31.
Despite the efforts of civilians and emergency services, the Tarneit woman died at the scene.
Northern Grampians Highway Patrol officers will investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
