The Julia Gillard Library in Tarneit will temporarily shut from doors on Monday, May 5 onward to accommodate maintenance works.
Expected to reopen in early June, the neighbouring Tarneit Community Centre will not be affected and is providing services as usual.
Library patrons are encouraged to visit the four other Wyndham libraries during this time, including Hoppers Crossing Library and the Truganina Library Lounge.
According to council’s website, Hoppers Crossing provides services most similar to Tarneit.
