Children at Sparrow Early Learning Tarneit have made a fashion statement while raising money for a good cause.

The centre last week hosted a Double Denim Dance Party to support Jeans for Genes Day on Friday, August 2.

Families at the centre donated money to the Jeans for Genes campaign during the dance party.

The annual Jeans for Genes Day supports the Children’s Medical Research Institute.

The institute funds research that helps to diagnose, understand and find cures or treatments for conditions including genetic diseases, cancer and epilepsy.
