Wyndham council will host a number of summer activities including markets and movie nights.
Twilight markets will be held every third Friday of the month until March 2023 at Dianella Community Centre.
Residents can browse more than 40 stalls selling items like food and jewellery.
Free movies will be played at various parks in Tarneit from December 3, to April 1 and pre-film entertainment will be available from 5pm.
A Kite Festival will be held January 15, 2023 at Hummingbird Reserve, Tarneit, to celebrate the Festival of Uttarayan in India, a festival that marks the changing of the seasons.
Attendees can participate in kite making workshops, kites for sale, cultural performances and dance workshops.
“It was great to see these events received so well in 2022 and to deliver them again in 2023 is exciting,” Wyndham council’s creative city portfolio holder Marcel Mahfoud said.
