Shots fired in Werribee

Police are investigating a shooting incident in Werribee last night.

Officers were called to an address in Deborah Street at about 8pm following reports of a gunshot and found a parked car damaged by what appeared to be shotgun pellets.

A man sitting inside the car was not hurt in the incident and there have been no other reports of injuries.

Detectives from the Wyndham Crime Investigation Unit are investigating the incident.
