Sexual assault in Wyndham Vale

Police are appealing for assistance to identify two men following a sexual assault in Wyndham Vale last week.

The incident occurred on a walking track in a reserve near Honour Avenue on Tuesday March 27, at 1.30pm.

The victim, a 32-year-old Wyndham Vale woman, was travelleing on the walking track when she was approached by two men.

One of the men attempted to sexually assault the woman but, she managed to fend him off.

Both men ran off towards Ribblesdale Avenue.

Police have released computer-generated likenesses of the two men and are urging anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
