A Point Cook property has smashed a real estate record.
The Panorama Way property in the Sanctuary Lakes estate sold earlier this month for $2.1 million to become the most expensive residential property ever sold in Point Cook, and the highest residential sale in Wyndham in 2015 to date.
Fadi Saad from Sanctuary Lakes Real Estate, who handled the sale, believes the property to be one of the most expensive ever to sell in Wyndham.
The four-bedroom split-level property is spread out over four levels and boasts an indoor elevator, in-ground swimming pool, an upstairs alfresco with cast-iron fireplace, and a timber boardwalk with expansive views of the lake and golf course.
Styled by Darren Grayson Designers, each bedroom is designed with a colour theme in mind, and a lounge room furnished entirely in red – right down to the light fittings – is an eye-catching feature.
Mr Saad said the property was sold earlier this month to an international businessman from Sydney with a two-week settlement.
