The high-flying pilots of the Roulettes will return to Point Cook this weekend for an interactive flying display.

Flying a Pilatus PC-9/A, a two-seat single-engine turboprop aircraft that is used as an advanced training aircraft for the Australian Defence Force, Roulettes pilots can experience up to six times the force of gravity.

The Roulettes, the Royal Australian Air Force’s formation aerobatic display team, were established in 1970 and staged their first public display at RAAF Base Point Cook in December of that year.

They will perform over the base again from 1pm on Sunday. The RAAF Museum is open from 10am to 5pm Sundays.

Admission to the museum is free, but donations are accepted.

Photo identification is required for all visitors over the age of 16 to enter the Point Cook RAAF base and museum.
