Three new rooming houses have been registered with Wyndham council this year. Manager of the council’s Climate Futures Office, Peter McKinnon, said five new rooming houses were registered in 2020, including one after a council investigation. “Council regularly conducts investigations into possible unlicensed rooming houses,” Mr McKinnon said.
