Roadworks in Hoppers Crossing

Motorists have been warned to expect major traffic disruptions in Hoppers Crossing and across wider Melbourne as Level Crossing Removal Project roadworks ramp up.

-The southern entry and exit to Old Geelong Road from the Heaths Road roundabout in Hoppers Crossing will be closed from 8pm on Friday, November 5 until 7am on Monday, November 8.

A detour will be in place via Heaths Road and Morris Road.

-Princes Highway will be closed eastbound between Old Geelong Road and Princes Freeway nightly on Saturday, November 6 and Sunday, November 7 from 7pm to 7am.

Detour via Hoppers Lane, Sneydes Road and Princes Freeway or Old Geelong Road and Forsyth Road.

-Eastbound traffic will reduced to one lane on the Princes Highway between Old Geelong Road and Princes Freeway until mid-December.

-For West Gate Tunnel Project works, the Princes Freeway inbound exit ramp to Geelong Road will be closed until 5am on Monday, November 8.

Detour via the M80 Ring Road (Greensborough-bound), Boundary Road and Little Boundary Road.
