Residents of a Werribee home were forced to flee after a fire broke out in their roof on Saturday afternoon.
Fire crews were called to a property in Goulburn Court just before 3pm on March 16 and arrived to find the roof of the single-story brick house well alight.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the property and quickly brought the fire under control with support from five fire trucks and aerial and rescue units.
The occupants of the home evacuated safely prior to brigade arrival and no injuries were reported.
