Queensland police have arrested a South Australian man in relation to a series of alleged carjackings and attempted carjackings in the Werribee area late last month.

The man was arrested in Brisbane on the morning of Thursday, June 6, following a series of aggravated incidents that occurred in Werribee, Little River and Point Cook on Wednesday, May 29.

Police from multiple states cooperated to track down the man as he made his way from Victoria into South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland.
