A Sanctuary Lakes property with a customised Swarovski crystal chandelier and outdoor putting green could set a new property price record for the Point Cook area.

The five bedroom, three bathroom house at 13 Greg Norman Drive, is being offered for private sale.

Sanctuary Lakes Real Estate director Fadi Saad said the property’s owners hoped to achieve a sale price of between $2.55 million to $2.7 million.

The record price for a house in Point Cook was set in 2017, when 21 Greg Norman Drive sold for $2.655 million.

Mr Saad said the owners of 13 Greg Norman Drive had decided to sell to pursue a “lifestyle change”.

He said that in its first week-and-a-half on the market, the house had attracted interest from potential buyers in Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia.

Mr Saad said that the single-storey house included a “Versace-inspired” foyer with the customised Swarovski chandelier, a solar-heated saltwater swimming pool with built in LED lighting and a waterfall feature.

The house also includes a home theatre and a four-car garage.

The property is on about 1847 square metres.

Earlier this month, Sanctuary Lakes Real Estate sold 11 Pelican Point Road, Sanctuary Lakes for between $2.4 million and $2.5 million.

Mr Saad said the sale of 11 Pelican Point Road set a new record for lake-side house sales in the suburb, with the previous record being held by a house at 19 Panorama Way, Sanctuary Lakes, which sold for $2.33 million two years ago.
