Point Cook Senior Secondary College students are helping the community to bloom in a positive way.
Year 11 VCAL students are designing an indigenous garden for the school.
The garden will contain plants native to the Wyndham area and will include sections for bush tucker and medicinal plants.
Last week, the students measured pH levels in the soil and began planting greenery in the garden area.
In addition to the indigenous outdoor project, year 12 VCAL students have launched a Positive Pillows initiative.
The classmates are making pillows with positive slogans written on them to give to charities that help teenagers dealing with mental health issues.
