An off-duty police officer was allegedly detected drink driving after a crash in Hoppers Crossing on Sunday.
The female constable allegedly crashed her vehicle into a parked car on Barber Drive about 11.30pm on June 23.
Police were called and the 20-year-old underwent a breath test at the scene then accompanied officers to a nearby station where she underwent another breath test.
The constable returned an alleged reading of 0.133 and had her licence immediately suspended for 12 months.
She is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving and other traffic offences.
