Point Cook motorcyclist dies

Police are investigating the death of a Point Cook man.

Police are investigating a fatal collision between a car and a motorcycle that occurred in Point Cook last month.

Police believe the vehicles collided on Saltwater Promenade on Sunday, April 24 just after 7pm.

The motorcyclist, a 29-year-old Point Cook man, was taken to hospital in critical condition, but later died in hospital on Wednesday, May 4.

The 56-year-old Point Cook car driver was not injured and is assisting with police inquiries.
