A Point Cook man was interviewed after police seized more than two tonnes of illicit tobacco and cigarettes during a search warrant in Altona North last week.
Police were called to reports of a burglary at a business on Borrack Square about 4am on Thursday, January 18.

They allegedly uncovered 2,159 kilograms of illicit tobacco, as well as 341,000 loose cigarettes, 75,000 cigarette packages and 160 vapes.
A 48-year-old Point Cook man and a 43-year-old Altona man were interviewed in relation to the alleged sale of illegal tobacco.
