Creatures and creativity are all part of the school holiday fun happening in Wyndham.

The Williams Landing Shopping Centre hosted a native animal display last week.

This week the centre has a marine life display, which will run until Friday, July 9 from 11am-3pm daily.

Cedar Woods development manager James Bovell said that with Williams Landing Shopping Centre at the heart of the town centre, activities like the native animal display helped bring the community together.

“We appreciate the locals uptake of programs such as this and look forward to delivering more school holiday activities in the future,” he said.

Also this week, Pacific Werribee is hosting a Colour in Main Street experience for children to enjoy.

Youngsters can decorate a cookie from the bakery, a flower from the florist and a stamp for the postcard mural at the pop-up precinct, which features monochrome illustrated facade walls displaying line-drawn shop fronts.

Pacific Werribee general manager Ryan Ling has encouraged people to book online for the experience.

“Children love immersive experiences,“ he said.

“Pacific Werribee are excited to bring to life this unique school holiday program featuring classic activities we know our children love.“

Colour in Main Street will run until Sunday, July 11, from 11am – 3pm daily.
