Police are appealing for public assistance to locate Justin Terriss.
The 43-year-old has several outstanding warrants for failing to appear at court for theft, drug and traffic offences.
Terriss is known to frequent the Werribee and Melbourne CBD areas.
He is described as about 185cm tall, with a thin build, blue eyes and grey hair.
Investigators have released an image of Terriss in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
