Australia’s newest online music show, which is made in Point Cook, is hitting all the right notes.

The liveformusic.tv show is put together by volunteers, including presenters Claire Auden and Nathan Scutti, and producer Tim Butler, who also acts as cameraman and editor.

In each web-isode, which runs for about 10 minutes, Ms Auden and Mr Scutti interview a music artist.

Ms Auden also writes and presents music news and a music video review.

Mr Butler said the show, which started in November last year, was filmed on Sunday afternoons.

“I was always fascinated by Countdown, we haven’t had anything like that for years,” he said.

Mr Butler said viewers were often surprised to find out that the show is filmed in his garage.

Ms Auden, who lives in Tullamarine, said she hoped to make a career out of presenting and hosting.

“It’s really great to meet new people and interview artists,” she said.

“We don’t know much about the artists but interviewing them gives is a chance to find out where they’ve come from … everyone is different,” she said.

Episodes of liiveformusic.tv are posted on YouTube every Saturday at 5.15pm.
