Mambourin residents are set to receive another park before Christmas by Frasers Property Australia.

Heidelberg Avenue Park is currently under construction and will have many features for the families to access, including swings, a hill-slide, nature play elements, climbable bee sculpture, walking paths, shelter, picnic tables and kick-about space.

Gardens and plantings will frame the play areas with signature trees like Plane Trees, Flame Trees and Moreton Bay Fig Trees at its completion in late 2022.

Frasers Property Australia development director, Penny Dabner, says the open spaces at Mambourin are

part of an integrated design approach to create a healthy outdoor lifestyle for residents.

“Mambourin is designed to be highly pedestrian and cycle friendly, with ample off-road and shared paths allowing easy movement to our parks and throughout the future town centre,” says Ms Dabner.

“The community is growing fast with around 700 families already calling Mambourin home,” she said.
