New deputy vice-chancellor for VU

Victoria University has appointed Dianne Semmens as deputy vice-chancellor of vocational education. Ms Semmens has been acting in the role since Grant Dreher moved to TAFE Tasmania early last year. She has previously worked as an educator in the United Kingdom and United States, and has led projects in change management, youth strategy and student engagement systems.
