Wyndham mother Elle Gibbon and her three year-old daughter Willow are looking forward to Mother’s Day on Sunday.
Ms Gibbon said she was planning to spend time with her own mother on the day.
Wyndham council has encouraged residents to support local businesses on Mother’s Day, by planning a meal at a local eatery or purchasing a gift for Mum from a Wyndham-based business.
