Getting up the motivation to work out is tough at the best of times, even more so when there’s a baby demanding your attention.
But mums Rebecca Ede, Belinda McLean and Tracey Manewell (pictured) don’t let that stop them.
The trio take part in regular mums and bubs workouts held across Point Cook and Werribee by Kangatraining, with the classes incorporating a mix of dance, strength and cardio post-natal exercises.
Kangatraining called on women across Wyndham last week to focus on their health and take action as part of Women’s Health Week.
The organisation called on its Kanga-mums to bring to the sessions a box of tampons or pack of sanitary pads, which are donated to the Share The Dignity organisation.
Share The Dignity then donates the items to homeless women and those in domestic violence shelters.
