The Wyndham Multicultural Festival on Sunday, May 29, drew hundreds of attendees with backgrounds from countries and places all over the world.

This is the first time the festival has been held and Point Cook Cultural Community president Robert Fairclough said he was thankful that community came out to celebrate the diversity present in Wyndham.

“We’re delighted that so many people from different cultures participated in many different ways, including the wide range of performances,” he said.

There were selections of cultural cuisines, a petting zoo, rides, and fashion shows and musical entertainment on the stage.
