Work to reconstruct Mossfiel Drive and Moffatt Crescent is expected to start in the coming weeks.
Wyndham council recently awarded the construction tender for the project which will include the installation of new footpaths, road asphalting, line marking and the construction of new gutters.
Mayor Jennie Barrera said the project demonstrates council’s dedication to enhancing road safety and ensuring the longevity of local roads.
“By investing in crucial upgrades, we are taking proactive steps to create more efficient travel for all residents,” Cr Barrera said.
“With this reconstruction project, we are not only improving road conditions but also creating a safer environment for pedestrians, cyclists and motorists alike.”
The works are expected to conclude mid-2025.
