Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Hayden.
The 15-year-old Sebastopol boy was last seen in Trentham on October 9.
Hayden is known to frequent Horsham, Werribee and Geelong.
He is described as 172 centimetres tall with a pale complexion and light brown hair.
He was last seen wearing black cargo pants, a black hoodie, a baseball cap and carrying a black bag with orange sides.
Police have released an image of Hayden in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
