Manor Lakes to host movies under the stars

‘Alita: Battle Angel’, a 2019 cyberpunk action film based on a Japanese manga comic, will kick off Wyndham Youth Services Outdoor Movie Nights series in Manor Lakes on Friday.

The free screening begins at 7pm on January 5 at Manor Lakes Oval behind the Manor Lakes Community Learning Centre.

Light snacks and water will be provided, but the food, chairs and blankets are BYO.

Alcohol, smoking and vaping are not permitted.

Following the screening in Manor Lakes, the next outdoor movie night will be at Alcock Road Reserve in Truganina where the movie ‘GO!’ will be shown on Friday January 12.

Dianella Community Centre in Tarneit West will host the third and final movie night on Friday January 16, but the film is yet to be confirmed.
