Police arrested a man following an affray at a property on Davis Road, Tarneit, on January 28.
A 33-year-old Melton man was arrested and interviewed before being released pending further inquiries.
Police are continuing their investigation and urge anyone with mobile phone vision of the incident to contact Crime Stoppers.
