Tayla Krnac is passionate about helping children – so much so that she’s making it the focus of her life.
The 21-year-old Point Cook resident, who is studying to be a teacher, has scored a spot in the state finals for the Miss World Australia pageant.
Tayla is using the competition to raise funds for Variety.
“I love that Variety is all about helping sick, disadvantaged and disabled children,” she says.
Tayla was last month selected as one of 10 entrants to represent Victoria at the state final, and is already reaping the rewards of being involved.
“It’s made a difference to my confidence and has taught me how to present and show beauty from the inside, not just the outside.”
