Kids pay tribute to war fallen on Remembrance Day

At the 11th hour, on the 11th day of the 11th month, Woodville Primary School pupils remembered the fallen.

A group of 40 grade 3 pupils from the Hoppers Crossing school was invited to lay wreaths last Friday at the Remembrance Day service held at Melbourne’s Shrine of Remembrance.

The children, who were taking part in a city camp through not-for-profit organisation Doxa, also placed poppies in the Field of Poppies after the official service.
