Impacts to bus routes due to strike action

Major disruptions to CDC and Dysons bus lines are expected to occur next week, including in Wyndham, due to planned industrial action.

The action will affect a range of services, including in the Melbourne’s north-west and western suburbs.

The action was set for Thursday but has been postponed until June 16 and 17.

Buses between routes 150-192, and routes 400-543 will be impacted as well as Dysons services between routes 301-390 and 503-609.

Some routes won’t run at all, while others will run to a Sunday timetable,

This will affect commuters in Brimbank, Melton, Hobsons Bay, Wyndham, Hume and Whittlesea.

CDC School bus services will continue to run in Sydenham and Sunshine areas, Essendon and Glenroy areas and Wyndham Vale, Werribee and Altona areas.

Schools impacted by disruptions will be notified of changes.

Train, tram and other bus services will continue to run as normal.

Bus services are expected to return to normal from the first scheduled service on Wednesday.
