Homicide squad detectives are investigating after a woman was found dead in a Werribee home this morning.
Emergency services were called to the Taworri Crescent property about 7.30am. The homicide squad is currently at the scene and part of Taworri Crescent, at the intersection of Wongabeena Grove, is blocked off.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident have yet to be determined, but a crime scene has been established.
Detectives questioned a man in relation to the investigation earlier today. His relationship to the deceased is unclear.
