Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Samantha Ferris.
The 26-year-old was last seen at a Wyndham Vale address on Sunday, around 10.45am.
Police have concerns for her welfare due to a medical condition.
Samantha is approximately 160cm tall, with light brown hair and a medium build.
She has a large tattoo on her left forearm. She was last seen wearing a khaki trench coat, salmon pink dress, knee high boots and aqua headphones.
She is believed to be in the Werribee or Brunswick areas.
Police have released an image of Samantha in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her whereabouts.
